History: From birth he was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Fletcher hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He has set out to sabotage the competition.

Personality: Soft-spoken and well mannered, he has an amazing amount of patience and a slow boiling temper. He is a ruthless business man, a trait he acquired from his father.

History: Lance was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his father was employed at, doing general labor. While he appears to be a normal Human, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.

Motivation: Retire the richest man in the east.
