History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when illithids swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. In his 17th year, his parents were killed by a illithids raid, leaving Theobald alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by illithids. Theobald was horrified and prayed that his father was alright. However, he heard that his father had died fighting off the illithids.

History: He was raised by priests from a young age. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He has never given up on his writing dream.
