Description: He is a husky man, who wears a black armored body suit, with a simple tan line shooting up and back down. He has no hair. His eyes are violet and beady.
Personality: He trusts no one. He is not readily capable for forgiveness and his ire never leaves him. He is frequently practicing swordplay.
History: A powerful necromancer made him what he is. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. After a long history of fighting, Lance and his spouse have recently divorced.
Motivation: He's repulsed by the PC.

Description: He wears a green cloak and cross-gartered blue stockings. He has relatively dark skin and is very physically imposing due to his abundance of muscles. He has a chestnut handlebar mustache and slicked back chestnut hair. His hazel eyes dart around the room hyper actively observing anyone and anything.
Personality: He shows great sympathy to all travelers. He's the type to buy drinks and listen to their stories. Trym enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for his love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.
History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the east. Like his mother and his sister before him, after school he went straight into learning to become a Layabout. He tends to his Layabout job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.
Motivation: A strong sense of loyalty to Human people; and balancing his hectic life and new layabout responsibilities is difficult

Description: With white face paint in a stripe pattern across his face, he does not wear sleeves and tends to eschew shirts when he can avoid it. He has a white handlebar mustache and slicked back white hair. He is missing an eye and his face is severely sunburned. His one remaining eye shines hazel.
Personality: Confrontational and typically high on some drug or another. He is stubborn though. He always likes to keep a trick up his sleeve. He likes to fight dirty and will kick and punch below the belt if he feels he even has a chance of losing.
History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Trym grew up listening to his mother's many stories. Like his mother and his sister before him, after school he went straight into learning to become a Cartwright. He has dedicated himself to building a better village for his children.
Motivation: Expand his business; and he's looking for his big break

Personality: He is witty, but his monotone delivery comes off as unnerving He is cautious and jumpy. He reacts to every sound and lacks any concept of subtlety.
History: He was born in a small island village. There was a wharf not far from home where he often wandered off to fish. He bought a longbow and has really upped his game hunting, due to his understanding of decoy and ambush.

Description: A middle-aged man, he is dressed in earthy colors with a grey and white handkerchief worn on his left side, and is pretty ugly. His white hair is cut short with large spiked bangs in the front. He has several tiny emerald earrings on each ear.
Personality: He hates illithids. He views them as having robbed his home of its proper glory. Animals are drawn to him, and he is able to talk to them.
History: Heir to a fortune, his parents put a great deal of effort into curing his disease. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to illithids demanding more tribute than usual.
Motivation: He has money and likes to spend it.
