Description: He does not wear sleeves and tends to eschew shirts when he can avoid it. He cuts an attractive figure and his suit of old armor is well cared for even if it is obsolete. His long black hair is drawn into a two foot long braid. He has a tattooed face.
Personality: He is irascible and easily irritated. He spends most of his days drinking in the Inn, the rowdiest and most dangerous establishment in town. There he gambles, wrestles and listens to stories told by travelers.
History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. From there he went from mercenary job to mercenary job. He became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.
Motivation: A need for knowledge about a nearby landmark; and he desires power and/or immortality

Description: He tends to wear a heavy leather apron. Coupled with his rolled up shirt sleeves this gives him a very relaxed look. He is portly but not overly obese. His silver hair is cut short with large spiked bangs in the front. He wears a mask on his face.
Personality: He has a very dry and sarcastic sense of humor. He is not one for noise or eating so much, which is in direct contrast with his big mouthed big gutted partner. His partner is his best friend in the world. The two are very close despite being more or less each other's opposites. He has a small toy that he constantly fidgets with.
History: He was born in the east. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.
Motivation: To prove his worth to the world; and he wants to meet his childhood hero

Description: This younger middle-aged man wears just a white suit, and a wedding ring on his left hand. He wears a colorful flower in his golden hair. He was beautiful and young once, which still shows through his age, but it is a faded beauty.
Personality: He is always cheerful, even with a hangover, and is always willing to go through all sorts of trouble to help his friends. He considers everything a fun event and doesn't hold grudges. He is submissive, is generally bored by everything, but will take part in whatever people ask of him. He is by nature obliging.
History: He got into the Guard business at a young age. Since his mother passed away years ago, his father had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. He remains aloof and afraid to be himself due to all the ideals others have placed upon him.
Motivation: Wants to have a good time and be beloved.

Description: A man with a warm, jovial air about him, he wears a violet collared shirt and black pants. He accessorizes with a green scarf around the waist and a strap diagonally across his shirt. His golden hair is thinning but still full. This blue eyed easterner is not easily forgotten.
Personality: He is curt in most of his responses. He prefers to keep his word usage to a minimum to avoid giving away unnecessary information. He has no love for corruption and racketeering and views those as crimes of the highest magnitude.
History: Sold as a small child to a necromancer, Randal was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. Being born in the east, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the east for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way south. He has been saving his money to try and buy his brother's freedom.
Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of his brother; and to share knowledge with the world
