History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Tim grew up listening to his mother's many stories. He was taken as a slave by a traveling circus and forced to perform He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

Personality: He goes out his way to put a smile on everyone's face. There's no-one he won't accept into his heart. He uses his nature as a weapon; he likes to lead opponents to think him in distress.

History: He was born in the south. Frederick was a troubled youth. He spent his days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent his evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Frederick decided he wanted neither the life of his mother nor that of the evil petty criminals he associated with. During his early adolescence, he took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned. As of late he has set up a hidden staging nest where he ambushes people he hires for escort.
