History: Gifted from a young age, Tim studied abroad. A freak accident while working with his Bricklayer father left him crippled. He's also a talented Bricklayer, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

Personality: A skeptical and narcissistic man, Alexandre's first love is himself. His second love is also himself. He has no love for corruption and racketeering and views those as crimes of the highest magnitude.

History: Trained by his mother for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. His mother was a soldier and died while he was still young. Alexandre was left his mother's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. He became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.
