Personality: He is not truly malevolent, but he is obsessed with dancing. He constantly tries to fill his life with dancing. He is obsessed with a lost civilization.

History: He is a Deep Scion in disguise. He moved from fad to fad and when he turned 15 he discovered dancing. He is searching for what he claims is his rightful reward.

History: Born in the south to a Armorer, Arnold learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. Arnold was born on a far southern forest where he grew up under the tutelage of his father, an expert Armorer. He's also a talented Mayor, but doesn't like to broadcast it.
