History: Rolf hails from a village terrorized by illithids. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Humans in the east were limited. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by illithids. Rolf was horrified and prayed that his father was alright. However, he heard that his father had died fighting off the illithids.

History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. His father was a soldier and died while he was still young. Anselm was left his father's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.

History: Born to a Detective, his mother struggled to pay the bills. Godfrey liked to wander the woods near his home when he was young, something he still likes to do at least once a week. He never liked modest clothing or shoes, so he would wander the woods barefoot and lightly dressed, and he developed a good sense of balance and learned how to climb and swim well. Recently a tribe of orcs attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Godfrey fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

As he has aged he has sought to do reparations for his actions as a youth. He is also making sure that his compatriots who never received punishment for their crimes are brought to justice.

History: His history is one of pain. He was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves his parents kept. He moved out west to avoid the crime he committed. He's also a talented Butcher, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

Motivation: He has comitted a past crime that haunts him to this day; and he possesses a valuable artifact that the thieves guild wishes to steal
