History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. Adelard liked to wander the woods near his home when he was young, something he still likes to do at least once a week. He never liked modest clothing or shoes, so he would wander the woods barefoot and lightly dressed, and he developed a good sense of balance and learned how to climb and swim well. He has been a successful dealer in antiques buying low and selling high.

Personality: He is filled with cunning. He likes to feign weakness letting people think he is weak. He is a big fan of imagination and believes people should spend more time reading and writing.

History: He was born in the west. He was an adventurer many years ago and he formed a blood bond with his Human companion (his 'brother'). He has became unsatisfied with his lot in life, and decided to take up adventuring.

Motivation: Meet up once more with his childhood friend; and he wants to meet his childhood hero

Description: This late middle aged man tends to wear a heavy leather apron. Coupled with his rolled up shirt sleeves this gives him a very relaxed look and is in decent physical shape. He has wavy blonde hair. His gray eyes show the wear and tear of someone lonely with a great burden to carry.

Personality: He runs his personal life as if detached from it. He organizes appointments and outings based on perceived benefits he will get from it. He is terrible with names forgetting people's names several times before they finally stick; this causes him no end of embarrassment.

History: Aldous lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. When he was little, his rather wealthy family often ventured across the mountains to a summer home near a ruined castle. He would wander through that ruined castle and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and he was stranded inside. His family spent the next few days looking for him, and could only assume he was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the mountains due to the painful memories there. Aldous took refuge in the ruined castle and found the beat up bastard sword and armor he uses now. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his daughters to still be retired.

Motivation: To get a good night's sleep; and doesn't want to be a unemployed and was forced into it by his family

Personality: He considers himself the protector of his home. He feels this is his duty and calling. He misses his home and complains about the freezing weather, even in summer.

History: He was born into a rich family. His first spouse was a Barrister, they had one son, but his spouse won total custody. Without his spouse to temper him he grew out of control. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Barrister they were divorced and he won custody of their son. He worked as a Bounty Hunter, and he later adopted a second son.

Motivation: His relatives are trying to arrange a marriage.

Description: A well shaped man just over fifty, he wears a simple blue robe with brown stripes complete with hood. He has a very tight haircut. His eyes are violet and beady.

Personality: He is quite gentle and does not know the full extent of his strength. He works very hard to maintain that gentleness. Further he is a bit of a stoner and is frequently out of it.

History: Theodoric was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his father was employed at, doing general labor. His mother was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his mother was legitimate. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: He is compelled to act according to his religious beliefs.
