Description: A man with a cold, calculating air about him, he wears an old set of leather armor, nicked and torn by the ravages of time and battle. His blonde hair is braided into rings. His eyes are a pleasant blue.

Personality: Gilbert is a sociable creature first and foremost. He loves to listen to people at length before talking their ear off. He can carry on conversation for hours and will do so. He is a logical person and will generally grow upset if things defy logic and science.

History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. A few years later when the north was not economically sound they moved to his current location. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Motivation: Money/treasure.

Description: A hulking man with gigantic muscles, he has the majority of his body covered in plate. His hair is long and white with streaks of black, and is pulled back with small green clips. His beard is black, braided, and well cared for. His voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.

Personality: He speaks before he thinks and is too direct. Lance enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for his love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.

History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. While he appears to be a normal Human, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.

Motivation: He seems to be bored by most things.

Description: Relatively heavier built than your average man, he is not imposing. He wears an amalgamation of clothes and depending on the season will wear more layers of the continuing hodge podge. His black hair is cut short with large spiked bangs in the front. His eyes are brown and he is always smoking a pipe.

Personality: He cares much about the opinion of others, both in good and in bad: when keeping in line with his opinion, he thinks highly of the other person, but when opinions clash, he can get violently argumentative. He has a cruel streak; something he gained from his previous mentor. He harbors resentment against his former mentor.

History: He was born in a small plains village. Through the years after Alex was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the east. Alex's father didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He hasn't been sleeping well lately.

Motivation: To pay off his debts; and he made a deal with a demon which lead to his current lot in life, and he's becoming increasingly nervous about it

Description: He likes to wear darkened spectacles and heavy clothing, no matter the weather. His attire stands in sharp contrast to his glaive, which is beautifully polished and possesses an ornate carving of a skull on it. His golden hair is unkempt and raggedy. He has gleaming, smiling gray eyes.

Personality: He loves justice and goodness and right action. Anyone who does not fulfill this criteria perfectly will no doubt get a lecture from him. He is the most sanctimonious self-righteous Human in existence. A fanatic, his devotion to his small selection of gods is unquestionable. He claims to be doing their will and will base all his actions on whether or not they would be pleasing to the gods.

History: The child of a Crown-heir, who enjoyed hunting, Arnold was taken on many hunting expeditions. Arnold liked to wander the woods near his home when he was young, something he still likes to do at least once a week. He never liked modest clothing or shoes, so he would wander the woods barefoot and lightly dressed, and he developed a good sense of balance and learned how to climb and swim well. He bought a glaive and has really upped his game hunting, due to his understanding of decoy and ambush.
