History: The child of eastern immigrants he idolized his father. He always admired psionic-users and wanted to develop the talent, but never had the affinity for it. He left for the east, certain he would find work there.

Description: Relatively heavier built than your average man, he is not imposing. He wears brown leather gloves, a brown jacket, and tight pants. His golden hair is unkempt and raggedy. This amber eyed westerner is not easily forgotten.

Personality: He is a man who does what he needs to. He will acquiesce to black mail and extortion to avoid trouble. He has no love for corruption and racketeering and views those as crimes of the highest magnitude.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his mother always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Dyer hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He used his abilities to trick people and travel the world for free.
