Personality: He is enamored with his job. He loves it. He likes the challenge and he likes helping those less fortunate than him. He is a big fan of imagination and believes people should spend more time reading and writing.

History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. He was an apprentice working in his father's forge. Some 5 years later his spouse died after the birth of his son. Heartbroken, Lance never married again. Instead he focused his life to raising his son whom he trained as his father had trained him before.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. He went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds. He left for the north, certain he would find work there.

Motivation: To settle down with his crush; and he would like to get married and retire

Personality: A grumpy guy he will invite people to lunch so he can critique them. Yet he still seems generally likeable, like a lovable grump. He can see the true alignment of people by looking at them, and uses this to pass judgement.

History: He was born several months after his mother was called into army service. He was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. He never won. He was granted druidic powers by his dying brother.
