Description: This man is bundled in multiple layers and is prepared for a desert trek wearing a turban that covers his face most of the time. He has a penchant for wearing a ring with an oversized emerald on his left hand. His golden hair is slicked back into a classic pompadour. He has a very pronounced jaw and large eyebrows. He wears rectangular glasses with silver brims.
Personality: He is very quiet and rarely speaks above a whisper. Despite his manner, he is extremely passionate and proud of his job, and he prides himself in being thorough and never missing a detail.
History: Robert lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.
Motivation: Regain custody of his son; and he has money and likes to spend it

Description: This man dresses well, typically a more casual-formal manner. He has a penchant for wearing a ring with an oversized ruby on his right hand. His hair is cut close to his head. His eyes are a pleasant green.
Personality: He's a bit of a prankster. He knows he is clumsy and seen as such and will often feign amnesia after injury. He is submissive, is generally bored by everything, but will take part in whatever people ask of him. He is by nature obliging.
History: Heward was born in the south. At a young age he loved to build and create. He inherited a moderately successful company from his mother. Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.
Motivation: He has money and likes to spend it; and he is greedy

Description: A man with thick toned arms and a paunchy gut. He wears a brown vest and prefers violet and red shirts. His boots appear to have been at one point steel toed but are quite worn down. He has no hair. He wears an eyepatch.
Personality: He considers himself the perfect gentleman. He makes a point to always show proper etiquette and frequently critiques the etiquette of others. He spends most of his days drinking in the Inn, the rowdiest and most dangerous establishment in town. There he gambles, wrestles and listens to stories told by travelers.
History: Simon was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Fighter, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Fighter in service of a powerful lord somewhere. He was an adventurer many years ago and he formed a blood bond with his Human companion (his 'brother'). He has drifted apart from his friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature warhammer.
Motivation: A need for knowledge about a nearby landmark; and he feels the way he acts is they only way to get by in the world

Description: His skin is bronze and flawless. He tends to wear a large black jacket. He is an epitome of beauty. He has a long black beard with little hanging trinkets. He has gleaming, smiling green eyes.
Personality: A grumpy guy he will invite people to lunch so he can critique them. Yet he still seems generally likeable, like a lovable grump. He has the money to obtain near anything and knows that if you pay a man enough he will sell his own mother. Money is his most trusted friend.
History: He was raised in a forest tribe. When he was little, his rather wealthy family often ventured across the forest to a summer home near a ruined castle. He would wander through that ruined castle and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and he was stranded inside. His family spent the next few days looking for him, and could only assume he was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the forest due to the painful memories there. Bertram took refuge in the ruined castle and found the beat up bow and armor he uses now. He bought a bow and has really upped his game hunting, due to his understanding of decoy and ambush.
Motivation: Money/treasure.

He spends most of his days drinking in the Inn, the rowdiest and most dangerous establishment in town. There he gambles, wrestles and listens to stories told by travelers.
History: A child with a great deal of writing talent his parents made sure he got the chance to thrive. He has had some formal writing training, and achieved minor success. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his sons to still be retired.
Motivation: Doesn't want to be a Guard and was forced into it by his family.
