History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Gilbert grew up listening to his father's many stories. Since his father passed away years ago, his mother had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by illithids. Gilbert was horrified and prayed that his mother was alright. However, he heard that his mother had died fighting off the illithids.

Motivation: To settle down with his crush; and his name or reputation has been wronged in the past by illithids, and he desires to right it

History: His history is one of pain. He was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves his parents kept. Justin was born on a far western island where he grew up under the tutelage of his father, an expert Masseuse. Since then, he has sought to make the best of life.

Personality: He considers himself the perfect gentleman. He makes a point to always show proper etiquette and frequently critiques the etiquette of others. To his fellows he is seen as friendly and intelligent, but is angry and unforgiving to the so called fatcats and any who do and have associated with them.

History: He was born several months after his father was called into army service. Being born in the north, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the north for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way west. He has since lost track of the people in his past.

History: Dean hails from a village terrorized by dire rats. Brilliant and gifted he never wanted to apply himself. He has set out to sabotage the competition.
