Description: A stocky darker skinned man, he wears a brown tunic with blue highlights, and long violet pants that bunch up around his shoes. His golden hair is kept up in a ponytail inside a Stetson hat. His eyes are a pleasant amber.
Personality: He is filled with cunning. He likes to feign weakness letting people think he is weak. His actions favor neither the good nor the evil, as he answers to a power that mortal men fail to acknowledge.
History: Born the oldest of a large religious western family, he was no stranger to responsibility. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. He got away from his former life and has fallen to alcoholism.
Motivation: He is compelled to act according to his religious beliefs; and he wants revenge against illithids

Description: Standing 5'6", this man wears a robe, a symbol of the four houses of cards around his neck, and a spear on his belt. He has no hair. His face is covered beneath a completely black helmet.
Personality: He is inclined to make off color jokes and interpret anything that could be construed as such as innuendo. A fanatic, his devotion to his small selection of gods is unquestionable. He claims to be doing their will and will base all his actions on whether or not they would be pleasing to the gods.
History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. His mother was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his mother was legitimate. Recently a tribe of orcs attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Thomas fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
Motivation: His religion dominates his actions.

Description: This man stands a little under 6'2" and is a bit bulky. He is very muscular particularly in the legs. He is wearing a tight white one piece outfit complete with pants, hood, and a cape. He has golden hair. He has green eyes.
Personality: A grumpy guy he will invite people to lunch so he can critique them. Yet he still seems generally likeable, like a lovable grump. Dean enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for his love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.
History: Dean was raised in a hard working conservative environment. Dean liked to wander the woods near his home when he was young, something he still likes to do at least once a week. He never liked modest clothing or shoes, so he would wander the woods barefoot and lightly dressed, and he developed a good sense of balance and learned how to climb and swim well. He bought a longsword and has really upped his game hunting, due to his understanding of decoy and ambush.
Motivation: He is unsatisfied with his job.

Description: He wears bulky tan painted plate armor, but does not cut a very imposing figure. He walks with a slouch but will stand straight to his full 5'8" when asserting himself. His hair is auburn and very short. His thin eyebrows rest above his beady violet eyes.
Personality: Dustin wants to be seen as a stoic, levelheaded, noble Fighter, so he tries to act the part. He does a good job, for the most part... He tends to be very friendly, and is drawn to music, the smells of food and wine, and out-door festivals.
History: Born the oldest of a large religious western family, he was no stranger to responsibility. Dustin was orphaned to a temple shortly after his birth. He was raised by the temple staff to care always for others above himself and to hold his god always in his heart. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
Motivation: He is compelled to act according to his religious beliefs; and he has a rivalry with the church that dominates his actions

Description: His skin has the orange glow of too much sun. He wears a grey collared shirt and tan pants. He accessorizes with a white scarf around the waist and a strap diagonally across his shirt. He has wavy blonde hair. His gray eyes are slightly larger than normal.
Personality: He has a good heart but also a terrible temper. He will forgive often but not before yelling and berating someone for whatever they have done wrong. Despite his manner, he is extremely passionate and proud of his job, and he prides himself in being thorough and never missing a detail.
History: He was born several months after his father was called into army service. When he was little, his rather wealthy family often ventured across the desert to a summer home near a ruined castle. He would wander through that ruined castle and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and he was stranded inside. His family spent the next few days looking for him, and could only assume he was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the desert due to the painful memories there. Roland took refuge in the ruined castle and found the beat up club and armor he uses now. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Fletcher for hire.
Motivation: He seems to be bored by most things; and he is content
