Personality: He is erratic and paranoid. He believes brigands are coming to abduct people. When triggered he is a bloodthirsty maniac, stopping at nothing and killing everything for almost an hour.

History: Trained by his mother for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. As of late he has set up a hidden staging nest where he ambushes people he hires for escort.

History: Born in the south his family was never financially stable. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Bowyer hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.
