Personality: He cares much about the opinion of others, both in good and in bad: when keeping in line with his opinion, he thinks highly of the other person, but when opinions clash, he can get violently argumentative. A true patriot, Bertram would do anything for his country. He is fiercely protective of his fellow citizens and foreign allies.

History: Trained by his father for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. He has had some formal singing training, and achieved minor success. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.
