Personality: Roland wants to be seen as a stoic, levelheaded, noble Fighter, so he tries to act the part. He does a good job, for the most part... He dislikes loud distracting noises, but is overall hospitable. His biggest love is that of knowledge and as such will purchase any books or pay to listen to tales that travelers might have.

History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his mother and father. His mother taught him the rudiments of the Scribe arts, while his father instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. The family's rival house kidnapped his sister with the intent that his sister marry their son to gain control of contested properties. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his sons to still be retired.

History: Arnold was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his mother was employed at, doing general labor. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Mason work with an outfit from a few towns over. Mason work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He struck the Mason job and began his own company from there.

History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. By chance he met his brother recently and the two have been together since.

Motivation: He doesn't get along with people that don't share his tastes; and nothing but the best is good enough for him
