Personality: He is intelligent and cunning, but he will too often allow his rage to get the better of him. He will lose his cool and rely on brute force to carry the day. He takes great pride in his work and is very well organized. His planner is full of calendar events.

History: He was born at the edge of vast mountains. Being born in the north, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the north for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way west. After a long history of fighting, Charles and his spouse have recently divorced.

Judging by the bloodshot nature of his eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine he has not slept for days.

Personality: He is filled with cunning. He likes to feign weakness letting people think he is weak. A friendly and beautiful Human, he is rarely seen without a few beauties around his arms. Though a playboy in all rights, he is no lame duck.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his father always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. He always admired martial-users and wanted to develop the talent, but never had the affinity for it. He guards a vault combo very seriously as well as the key needed to open it.

History: His mother raised him in a mountain cabin. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He's since become an addict/alcoholic.
