Description: This western man's face is deformed and paralyzed on one side. As such, he slurs his words together. He has a large blue mantle and cape that has been intricately interwoven into his brown robe. His chestnut hair is heavily combed to the left. Judging by the bloodshot nature of his eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine he has not slept for days.

Personality: He is extraordinarily eccentric. He is frequently practicing swordplay.

History: Sold as a small child to a wizard, Aldous was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: He wants nothing more than to rejoin the army; and to get a good night's sleep

Personality: Quiet and reserved he prefers to listen than to talk. He will nod occasionally and communicate nonverbally. He is lazy, self-centered, vain, and jealous.

History: He was born several months after his mother was called into army service. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Butcher hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: He has passion for adventuring and risk; and he wants nothing more than to rejoin the army

Personality: He resents people who mock his appearance or him, so he has learned to be the meanest son of a gun. Any perceived weakness will be pressed and exploited. He is seen as merciless and passionate.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. At a young age his mother died while driving off some gnolls. His father being the stubborn sort decided to stay and helped train him in monstrous two handed axe use. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to gnolls demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: To settle down with his crush; and a deep hatred of gnolls

Description: A thin man, he clearly needs to put on some weight, but he still has a lot of muscle. He tends to wear a heavy leather apron. Coupled with his rolled up shirt sleeves this gives him a very relaxed look. His tied-back hair is blonde. His eyes are likewise green.

Personality: He can speak with the dead, and doesn't see much difference between the living and dead. He uses divination through singing.

History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. Being born in the north, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the north for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way west. Unlike his family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, he wanted to work in the city. He has been working here for the past few years.

Motivation: To be a Stylist again; and regain custody of his daughter

Personality: He considers himself a man of culture and sophistication. He likes a good challenge to his wits. Around other people he will do his best to conceal his emotions and appear jolly.

History: When he was but 4 years old his parents immigrated from the south. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Humans in the south were limited. When he grew older, he became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. He began work as a mercenary for hire. He would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.

Motivation: He has a rivalry with the Church that dominates his actions; and a need for knowledge about a nearby landmark
