Description: A man with a calm yet intense air about him, he wears a well pressed and immaculate suit (or dress). He keeps his red hair in a flapper bob. He has a very pronounced jaw and large eyebrows. He wears rectangular glasses with silver brims.

Personality: Bernard hangs on like a leech to those who appreciate him. It was this clingy personality that held back his writing career. He is kind towards other men and children and will generally offer men help without question. Others will generally need to prove themselves to him.

History: Bernard lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. At a young age he wooed the heart of his future spouse and the two had a long relationship before they wed. Some 4 years later his spouse died after the birth of his daughter. Personality: He swings through moods quickly. One moment he is cool and collected, the next he is carried away by passions. He is fiercely devoted to his mother, and views his mother's ex-spouse as an evil person for separating him from his legal half-brother.

History: Ernest lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. He was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. His spouse died of illness and he inherited everything. By chance he met his brother recently and the two have been together since.
