Description: This light-skinned male wears a black vest and prefers pastel and brown shirts. His boots appear to have been at one point steel toed but are quite worn down. He is tall, broad shouldered and powerfully built. He has a long black beard with little hanging trinkets. He wears a mask on his face.

Personality: His tongue was cut out and he uses sign language. His brief stint in the army gave him the idea he was invincible and that he is the toughest man alive.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. Simon was a troubled youth. He spent his days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent his evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Simon decided he wanted neither the life of his mother nor that of the evil petty criminals he associated with. During his early adolescence, he took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned.
