History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Anselm grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Anselm. He has dedicated himself to building a better kind of golem.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his mother always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. Aside from being a slave or a gladiator, there isn't much legitimate work for Humans in Gerald's homeland. Gerald decided to take the middle way and become a bodyguard. He got away from his former life and has fallen to alcoholism.

Motivation: He's repulsed by the PC; and to fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever

History: He was raised in a plains tribe. He has chosen to use the inheritance that was left to him frivolously. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Merchant for hire.

Motivation: He is unsatisfied with his job; and balancing his hectic life and new merchant responsibilities is difficult

Personality: He is always cheerful, even with a hangover, and is always willing to go through all sorts of trouble to help his friends. He considers everything a fun event and doesn't hold grudges. He loves his children and doesn't want them to worry about him. He loves to share his writing with anyone who is interested.

History: Theobald was born in the east. At a young age he loved to build and create. He moved from fad to fad and when he turned 15 he discovered writing. By chance he met his brother recently and the two have been together since.

Motivation: To reunite with his absent father; and his spouse's relatives view him with great suspicion

History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his mother and father. His mother taught him the rudiments of the Knight arts, while his father instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. He has had some formal writing training, and achieved minor success. He has achieved small success as a Knight.
