History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. In his 18th year, while out on a day-trip, he returned to find his hometown burning and destroyed. He found his father impaled in their home, and his mother beheaded. He saw the man who walked out, and charged him in a blind rage. The man easily evaded and defeated him, leaving him to live broken and terrified. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by goblins. Miles was horrified and prayed that his mother was alright. However, he heard that his mother had died fighting off the goblins.

Description: 5'11" and muscular, this southern man wears a tan cloak and cross-gartered violet stockings. He has a very tight haircut. His voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.

Personality: He cares much about the opinion of others, both in good and in bad: when keeping in line with his opinion, he thinks highly of the other person, but when opinions clash, he can get violently argumentative. A true patriot, Jocelyn would do anything for his country. He is fiercely protective of his fellow citizens and foreign allies.

History: He was born at the edge of vast island. There was a wharf not far from home where he often wandered off to fish. He bought a shortbow and has really upped his game hunting, due to his understanding of decoy and ambush.

Motivation: He is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally; and he wants nothing more than to rejoin the army

Personality: He is extraordinarily eccentric. He is used to getting what he wants. In part because he is a meticulous planner.

History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. His father disappeared, and while he tried to raise money to find his father, he was betrayed dozens of times. By chance he met his brother recently and the two have been together since.

Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of his brother.

Description: Wearing a closed helm and plate, one would not know what he was had he not made sure his armor was more form fitting than normal. Outside of the suit he is renowned for his bright green suits and hats. His black hair is lengthy and is close to two feet long. He wears large thick round spectacles.

Personality: He is intelligent and cunning, but he will too often allow his rage to get the better of him. He will lose his cool and rely on brute force to carry the day. His respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to him, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, he tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in his reactions to snap at those who irritate him, Adelard is combative with any and all who dare try his patience in the slightest.

History: He was born to a criminal king-pin and mafia family Adelard was a troubled youth. He spent his days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent his evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Adelard decided he wanted neither the life of his mother nor that of the evil petty criminals he associated with. During his early adolescence, he took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned. Recently a tribe of illithids attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Adelard fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Personality: He believes there is no problem he cannot solve with sufficient elbow grease and persistence, if it is the best or most economic solution matters not. He also is a firm believer in the manly ideal.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Don grew up listening to his mother's many stories. He was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Bellfounder they were divorced and he won custody of their son. He worked as a Beggar, and he later adopted a second son.

Motivation: An old rival family wants him found; and regain custody of his son
