History: Born in the north to a Barber, Manfred learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Barber hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He's also a talented Map Maker, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

Personality: He is envious of other's things. He hoards treasure, art, food, wine, and anything that he so desires. He is a font of random trivia from the lore and stories he has discovered

History: His mother raised him in a mountain cabin. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. He bought a whip and has really upped his game hunting, due to his understanding of decoy and ambush.
