History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. He has worked as a Guard like his father before him.

Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Guard responsibilities is difficult; and he feels that his past leaves him morally obligated to help

History: A powerful slaver made him what he is. At a young age he wooed the heart of his future spouse and the two had a long relationship before they wed. He's also a talented Carpenter, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

History: He was born into a rich family. Patrick was born on a far eastern mountains where he grew up under the tutelage of his mother, an expert Scribe. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.
