Description: An older man who wears dark leathers with embroidery, he is not a threatening figure. He has shaved his head bald. His voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.

Personality: He is quite rude, and likes to deride his opponents skill and shout insults at them. His respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to him, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, he tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in his reactions to snap at those who irritate him, Thomas is combative with any and all who dare try his patience in the slightest.

History: He was born in the north. He has had some formal painting training, and achieved minor success. He left for the north, certain he would find work there.

Personality: He has a good heart but also a terrible temper. He will forgive often but not before yelling and berating someone for whatever they have done wrong. He has a hair trigger and will fly into rage over the tiniest perceived slights.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his father always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. A few years later when the west was not economically sound they moved to his current location. He left for the south, certain he would find work there.

Motivation: He is a bit of a kleptomaniac; and a rival would like him out of the picture

Personality: He likes to brag about his accomplishments and constantly tries to beat others to the punch. He is always in debt, since he spends his money on lavish parties and gifts for friends

History: Everard was raised in a hard working conservative environment. While studying, he fell in love. They married and had a daughter. He has worked as a Marshal like his father before him.

Motivation: To prove his worth to the world; and balancing his hectic life and new marshal responsibilities is difficult

Personality: He is fixated on the number 74. He counts his steps and bites of food to keep in track with it. He seems to be used to being ignored and not questioned about it. The occasional robbery is his preferred attention getting crime, but he mainly uses his means for meeting his own perverse desires.

History: Anthony lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. His family was being driven out of business by several neighboring competitors. The mother sought out extralegal help and others began closing their doors. He saw this and took pride in his mother's willingness to do anything to win. He got money to start a business from the gang present in town. He is greatly indebted to them.

Motivation: His spouse's relatives view him with great suspicion; and wants a kiss
