History: Heir to a fortune, his parents put a great deal of effort into curing his disease. A freak accident while working with his Bounty Hunter father left him crippled. Since then, he has sought to make the best of life.

Motivation: He has a crush on the local Bounty Hunter; and he is wracked by social anxiety
