History: Charles was born in the north. At a young age he loved to build and create. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. Personality: Here is a man who knows he is the smartest in the room. He talks down to others constantly. He is skeptical of what others tell him and is slow to trust.

History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. His mother was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his mother was legitimate. He remains aloof and afraid to be himself due to all the ideals others have placed upon him.

Motivation: He is compelled to act according to his religious beliefs; and his religion dominates his actions

History: When he was but 8 years old his parents immigrated from the north. He always admired necromantic-users and wanted to develop the talent, but never had the affinity for it. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Motivation: He is unsatisfied with his job; and balancing his hectic life and new sailor responsibilities is difficult

History: A powerful wizard made him what he is. When the war came and ruined his parents he was left adrift. He was a hard man then and has only learned to fight more as time goes on. He has been saving his money to try and buy his brother's freedom.

Motivation: A need for knowledge about a nearby landmark; and wants to raise his children well
