Description: A well shaped man just over fifty, he is wearing the road beaten gear of a warrior. His hair, while still mostly black, has prominent grey streaks. He has a very pronounced jaw and large eyebrows. He wears rectangular glasses with silver brims.

Personality: A skeptical and narcissistic man, Ralf's first love is himself. His second love is also himself. He is a big fan of imagination and believes people should spend more time reading and writing.

History: When he was but 6 years old his parents immigrated from the east. Because his mother participated in the massacre of their homeland, goblins burned their ranch to the ground and forced them out. He was preparing to flee to the east, but the outbreak of war prevented him and his father from journeying east to reunite his family. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

Personality: Manfred speaks confidently about a variety of topics with grace. He is clearly well-traveled and educated. He always tries to repair and not replace. It was this mentality that drove him into the Performer business.

History: He was born in the west, but his parents moved at a very young age to the north. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Performer hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He left for the west, certain he would find work there.

Motivation: Nothing but the best is good enough for him; and he feels the way he acts is they only way to get by in the world

Personality: Here is a man who knows he is the smartest in the room. He talks down to others constantly. He takes great joy in being the best Navigator in town.

History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. He was taken as a slave by a traveling circus and forced to perform Unlike his family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, he wanted to work in the city. He has been working here for the past few years.

Motivation: To end his boredom; and he is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get him out
