History: He was born in a small island village. His mother took him hunting and taught him how to get in the mind of other creatures. He has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Spice Merchant.

Motivation: To be a Soapmaker again; and balancing his hectic life and new spice merchant responsibilities is difficult

His family became saddled with debt trying to care for his infirm father. He left for the west, certain he would find work there.

Motivation: To share knowledge with the world; and he seems to be bored by most things

History: Miles was raised in a hard working conservative environment. At a young age both his parents were killed in an accident. His uncle (a powerful person with enemies on both sides of the law) took him in and had him trained in basic self defense. He has set out to sabotage the competition.

Personality: He is filled with cunning. He likes to feign weakness letting people think he is weak. He is kind towards other men and children and will generally offer men help without question. Others will generally need to prove themselves to him.

History: The child of a Tailor, who enjoyed hunting, Gunter was taken on many hunting expeditions. Gunter liked to wander the woods near his home when he was young, something he still likes to do at least once a week. He never liked modest clothing or shoes, so he would wander the woods barefoot and lightly dressed, and he developed a good sense of balance and learned how to climb and swim well. He was always very intelligent and has formed a secret society of philosophers.

Motivation: Doesn't want to be a Tanner and was forced into it by his family.
