History: Theodoric lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. A gifted student he started as a Painter, but he got bored and became a Servant. He has worked as a Servant like his mother before him.

History: When he was but 7 years old his parents immigrated from the east. In his 14th year, his parents were killed by a gnolls raid, leaving Rolf alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to gnolls demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: Several ex partners dislike his way of doing things and want revenge; and a deep hatred of gnolls

Personality: Charles is a sociable creature first and foremost. He loves to listen to people at length before talking their ear off. He can carry on conversation for hours and will do so. He is frequently practicing swordplay.

History: From birth he was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: He wants nothing more than to rejoin the army.

Description: He wears a tan tunic with blue highlights, and long white pants that bunch up around his shoes. He carries with him a set of warhammers on his belt, each one with a jet on the hilt. His hair is brown and curly. He has a very pronounced jaw and large eyebrows. He wears rectangular glasses with silver brims.

Personality: Abrasive and pushy, he has a hard time making friends. A fanatic, his devotion to his small selection of gods is unquestionable. He claims to be doing their will and will base all his actions on whether or not they would be pleasing to the gods.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious western family, he was no stranger to responsibility. His father was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his father was legitimate. He has been helping groups of widows and orphans who have fled abusive spouses or lost their families to brigands.

Motivation: He doesn't get along with people that don't share his tastes; and he has a rivalry with the church that dominates his actions

Personality: He is shy and timid. He has not had much interaction with people and is skittish around them. He never wears the same outfit twice, unless he absolutely has to.

History: He got into the Barber business at a young age. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Barber work with an outfit from a few towns over. Barber work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He now owns his own business.

Motivation: Further expansion of business; and he'd like to take his coworkers down a peg
