Personality: A grumpy guy he will invite people to lunch so he can critique them. Yet he still seems generally likeable, like a lovable grump. He keeps company with all sorts of races to see how they think and challenge minds foreign to his own.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. Nicholas was born on a far western island where he grew up under the tutelage of his father, an expert Actor. He left for the west, certain he would find work there.

Motivation: He wants to meet his childhood hero.

Personality: While he acts the brute, he is far gentler than he would appear. He is a bit of a xeno-phobe, disliking non-Humans.

History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. In his 20th year, while out on a day-trip, he returned to find his hometown burning and destroyed. He found his mother impaled in their home, and his father beheaded. He saw the man who walked out, and charged him in a blind rage. The man easily evaded and defeated him, leaving him to live broken and terrified. Recently a tribe of dire rats attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Hubert fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Personality: He is extraordinarily eccentric. He has a habit of throwing himself into exceedingly dangerous situations.

History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. Unlike his family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, he wanted to work in the city. He has been working here for the past few years.

Motivation: To find somewhere to settle down.
