Personality: He hates brigands. He views them as having robbed his home of its proper glory. Further he is a bit of a stoner and is frequently out of it.

History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. Over the years he perfected his riding and shooting skills. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by brigands. Richard was horrified and prayed that his mother was alright. However, he heard that his mother had died fighting off the brigands.

Motivation: He made a deal with a demon which lead to his current lot in life, and he's becoming increasingly nervous about it; and his name or reputation has been wronged in the past by brigands, and he desires to right it

Description: A plain young-adult man, he wears rags and sports a simple walking cane. His long red hair is drawn into a two foot long braid. His otherwise smooth face is marked with small tiny scars.

Personality: He trusts no one. He is not readily capable for forgiveness and his ire never leaves him. He will pursue extreme courses of action in the short term, confident that they cannot fail.

History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Fletcher. He has gone from town to town till he finds a spot where he can set up a sustainable business.

Motivation: He doesn't get along with people that don't share his tastes; and expand his business

Description: This western man wears dull black sweaters, loose tan pants, and alligator leather shoes. Beneath his sweater he keeps a concealed dagger, just in case. His clothes are grease stained in places. His tied-back hair is black. His eyes are likewise brown. His teeth are yellowed and unaligned.

Personality: He is calm most of the time but flees social interaction. His respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to him, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, he tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in his reactions to snap at those who irritate him, Conrad is combative with any and all who dare try his patience in the slightest.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of his brother; and his name or reputation has been wronged in the past by illithids, and he desires to right it

Personality: He is a jovial happy person, but he is convinced people are living their lives too quickly. As he has aged he has sought to do reparations for his actions as a youth. He is also making sure that his compatriots who never received punishment for their crimes are brought to justice.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. At a young age both his parents were killed in an accident. His uncle (a powerful person with enemies on both sides of the law) took him in and had him trained in basic self defense. He would ruin relationships and cause injury. He was reprimanded several times before being given his current form and forced to learn humility.

Motivation: He is a bit of a kleptomaniac; and he has decided he is irredeemable

Description: 5'0" and muscular, this southern man wears well tailored suits and hats with beautiful decoration. He is almost always dressed for an outing in high society. His red hair is thinning but still full. His face is scarred and worn.

Personality: He takes his job very seriously, in part because he fears he cannot get a new one. He is terrible with names forgetting people's names several times before they finally stick; this causes him no end of embarrassment.

History: Born in the south to a Shoemaker, Robert learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. He inherited a moderately successful company from his father. Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Motivation: To be a Map Maker again; and he is greedy
