Personality: He has a good heart but also a terrible temper. He will forgive often but not before yelling and berating someone for whatever they have done wrong. He does suffer from mild PTSD, and the sight of drow may trigger it at times.

History: Trained by his mother for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. After a long history of fighting, Heward and his spouse have recently divorced.

Motivation: He wants revenge against drow; and his name or reputation has been wronged in the past by drow, and he desires to right it

His spouse died of illness and he inherited everything. Some 10 years later his spouse died after the birth of his son. Heartbroken, Arnold never married again. Instead he focused his life to raising his son whom he trained as his mother had trained him before.
