Description: A man with a friendly, welcoming air about him, he has a large brown mantle and cape that has been intricately interwoven into his black robe. His silver hair is still thick. He is missing an eye and his face is severely sunburned. His one remaining eye shines blue.

Personality: He loves justice and goodness and right action. Anyone who does not fulfill this criteria perfectly will no doubt get a lecture from him. He is the most sanctimonious self-righteous Human in existence. The war was a terrible time for him, and Arnold does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.

Personality: He is a melancholic, but persistent worker. He resents family life and as such spurns the advances of admirers. He claims to be unscrupulous but at the end of the day he will do what he thinks is right.

History: He was born in a small island village. There was a wharf not far from home where he often wandered off to fish. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Layabout for hire.

Motivation: He wants revenge against brigands; and his name or reputation has been wronged in the past by brigands, and he desires to right it

Description: The man speaks with an almost imperceptible accent. He seems to always be the slightest bit damp as if he got out from a pool a few moments ago. He wears a worn and beaten armor. He has shaved his head bald. His eyes are green and beady.

Personality: He does not believe in betrayal or weakness as things to be tolerated. He can see the true alignment of people by looking at them, and uses this to pass judgement.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious southern family, he was no stranger to responsibility. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Humans in the south were limited. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: He is compelled to act according to his religious beliefs.

Description: His right thumb is blackened and bruised, but otherwise he appears quite healthy. He dresses in collared shirts and wears a proper scarf over his head. His white hair is cut jaggedly and amateurishly. His eyes are gray and catlike.

Personality: He believes there is no problem he cannot solve with sufficient elbow grease and persistence, if it is the best or most economic solution matters not. To his fellows he is seen as friendly and intelligent, but is angry and unforgiving to the so called fatcats and any who do and have associated with them.

History: He was born in the east. He was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to gnolls demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: Wants to work out more often; and he wants revenge against gnolls

Personality: He is almost excessively polite to everyone, even when angry. He refers to his adoptive father for almost all things he is unsure about, which are numerous. He is very much still a child and has not developed a drive for self-dependency.

History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his father and mother. His father taught him the rudiments of the Blacksmith arts, while his mother instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. He was taken as a slave by a traveling circus and forced to perform Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Interpreter they were divorced and he won custody of their son. He worked as a Blacksmith, and he later adopted a second son.
