His beard is white, braided, and well cared for. His face is covered beneath a completely black helmet.

Personality: He has two modes he varies between. On the job he is cold, steely and emotionless. Off the job he is a party animal. He is a bit of a xeno-phobe, disliking non-Humans.

History: Nicholas was born in the west. At a young age he loved to build and create. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Humans in the west were limited. He has gone from town to town till he finds a spot where he can set up a sustainable business.

Personality: He is intelligent and cunning, but he will too often allow his rage to get the better of him. He will lose his cool and rely on brute force to carry the day. He takes great joy in being the best Engraver in town.

History: The child of western immigrants he idolized his father. In his 14th year, while out on a day-trip, he returned to find his hometown burning and destroyed. He found his father impaled in their home, and his mother beheaded. He saw the man who walked out, and charged him in a blind rage. The man easily evaded and defeated him, leaving him to live broken and terrified. He has set out to sabotage the competition.

History: He was always a brilliant, if unscrupulous mind. He dropped out of school before completing his studies. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Barkeep they were divorced and he won custody of their son. He worked as a Bricklayer, and he later adopted a second son.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Patrick grew up listening to his mother's many stories. When Patrick reached his early adolescence his Human mother passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, he decided to travel. His rounds led him into the Army with a few individuals who would become his life-long companions.
