Description: What flesh remains visible is marred by burns. He wears a weathered and beat up set of banded mail beneath an oversized grey coat. His moppish black hair is in a traditional bowl cut. He has several tiny aquamarine earrings on each ear.
Personality: He is a very philanthropic person; he spends his free time working at various soup kitchens. He lacks moral complications. He does what he is told to by employers but not much else. He spends his money on whatever he fancies at the time.
History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. His childhood dream was to be a Layabout, but he was a colossal failure. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Map Maker for hire.
Motivation: He'd like to take his coworkers down a peg.

Personality: He has two modes he varies between. On the job he is cold, steely and emotionless. Off the job he is a party animal. He is motivated by money and will often try and persuade people to work for cheap. He haggles over everything, upselling his goods and buying cheap. He is persistent in everything.
History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Humans in the north were limited. He struck the Fletcher job and began his own company from there.
Motivation: Further expansion of business; and he'd like to take his coworkers down a peg

Description: He is a pot bellied southern man with a big hulking figure and broad shoulders. He likes to wear ponchos typically of a light green in addition to tight pants. His hair is long and chestnut with streaks of blonde, and is pulled back with small green clips. His beard is blonde, braided, and well cared for. His fair skin shows little sign of his aristocratic breeding.
Personality: He is intelligent and cunning, but he will too often allow his rage to get the better of him. He will lose his cool and rely on brute force to carry the day. He also has developed a complete distrust of the Mortician profession.
History: Peter was born with his mother's beautiful face. He was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. He was granted necromantic powers by his dying brother.
Motivation: He desires power and/or immortality; and a need for knowledge about a nearby landmark

Description: This younger middle-aged man wears red robes with leather pauldrons. Though occasionally he wears more armor. He prefers to carry a axe, but if one is not available he will default to his hammer, and a wedding ring on his right hand. His hair, while still mostly chestnut, has prominent grey streaks. His eyes are likewise gray. His teeth are yellowed and unaligned.
Personality: He speaks before he thinks and is too direct. Roland is a bit of a follower. Usually he is manipulated by his sisters into helping them out, but recently he has become more of a free agent.
History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. Being born in the north, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the north for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way west. Some 2 years later his spouse died after the birth of his son. Heartbroken, Roland never married again. Instead he focused his life to raising his son whom he trained as his mother had trained him before.
Motivation: To unite with his sister.

Description: He wears a lot of dark rich colors, with gold accents, and he perpetually has his morningstar ready. He has moderate length golden hair. This gray eyed easterner is not easily forgotten.
Personality: He is erratic and paranoid. He believes drow are coming to abduct people. He keeps company with all sorts of races to see how they think and challenge minds foreign to his own.
History: A child with a great deal of poetry talent his parents made sure he got the chance to thrive. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. Recently a tribe of drow attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Dustin fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
Motivation: Revenge; and several ex partners dislike his way of doing things and want revenge
