Personality: He considers himself the protector of his home. He feels this is his duty and calling. A true patriot, Roger would do anything for his country. He is fiercely protective of his fellow citizens and foreign allies.

History: Born in the south his family was never financially stable. His mother was a soldier and died while he was still young. Roger was left his mother's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. He has since lost track of the people in his past.

Personality: He can speak with the recently deceased. He can see the true alignment of people by looking at them, and uses this to pass judgement.

History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. In his journeys he found a malevolent artifact. He wishes to return this artifact and its corrupting influence back to where it came.

History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. Before the accident, he was one of the most outspoken anti-Human activists. He was mortally wounded, saved by a kind and fast-acting Human doctor. After a long history of fighting, Gerald and his spouse have recently divorced.

History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. Brilliant and gifted he never wanted to apply himself. When he grew older, he became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. He began work as a mercenary for hire. He would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.

Personality: He dislikes all the random violence that takes place in the south. He pushes his goals aggressively. He is also a coward if confronted.

History: Patrick lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. He was an adventurer many years ago and he formed a blood bond with his Human companion (his 'brother'). He has dedicated himself to building a better village for his children.

Motivation: He made a deal with a demon which lead to his current lot in life, and he's becoming increasingly nervous about it; and he is terrified, and will act out of fear
