Through the years after Gerald was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the west. History: A powerful brothel owner made him what he is. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Crown-heir hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He has gone from town to town till he finds a spot where he can set up a sustainable business.

Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by drow, and he desires to right it; and he wants revenge against drow

History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when gnolls swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. His mother was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his mother was legitimate. Since then, he has sought to make the best of life.

Motivation: A deep hatred of gnolls; and balancing his hectic life and new bowyer responsibilities is difficult
