When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Bowyer hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

Personality: He runs his personal life as if detached from it. He organizes appointments and outings based on perceived benefits he will get from it. He uses his nature as a weapon; he likes to lead opponents to think him in distress.

History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. Jocelyn was born on a far northern forest where he grew up under the tutelage of his father, an expert Assassin. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.

The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. Lacking all sense, he decided to go on an adventure. He picked a direction and started trekking.

Motivation: A need for knowledge about a nearby landmark; and obtaining odd cultural human artifacts is his passion
