History: He was raised in a mountains tribe. Aside from being a slave or a gladiator, there isn't much legitimate work for Humans in Balimaar's homeland. Balimaar decided to take the middle way and become a bodyguard. He has been a successful dealer in antiques buying low and selling high.

History: He was raised by priests from a young age. His father was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his father was legitimate. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Motivation: He is compelled to act according to his religious beliefs; and he has a rivalry with the church that dominates his actions

Description: A well shaped man just over fifty, he is armored in gleaming platemail with gilded edges. A flowing brown cape and mantle trimmed with soft white waves gently in the breeze. He has styled his blonde hair well, parting it to the left. He wears crescent spectacles with a black brim.

Personality: He is fixated on the number 73. He counts his steps and bites of food to keep in track with it. He seems to be used to being ignored and not questioned about it. Roland is a bit of a follower. Usually he is manipulated by his brothers into helping them out, but recently he has become more of a free agent.

History: Roland hails from a village terrorized by giants. Cursed with lycanthropy at a very young age, Roland has worked very hard to control his curse. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his daughters to still be retired.

Motivation: His spouse's relatives view him with great suspicion; and marry his brother to traveling adventurers

Description: A man with a friendly, welcoming air about him, he wears a weathered and beat up set of banded mail beneath an oversized pastel coat. His black hair is cut short. He has a tattooed face.

Personality: He is filled with cunning. He likes to feign weakness letting people think he is weak. He spends most of his days drinking in the Inn, the rowdiest and most dangerous establishment in town. There he gambles, wrestles and listens to stories told by travelers.

History: Born in the north to a Mortician, Shane learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. In his 12th year, his parents were killed by a gnolls raid, leaving Shane alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He's also a talented Ploughman, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

Motivation: Someone believes him a fraud; and further expansion of business

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. A gifted student he started as a Architect, but he got bored and became a Tanner. He ran away from his former home and has been making his living as a Tanner for the past few years.
