History: Adelard was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his mother was employed at, doing general labor. His mother was a soldier and died while he was still young. Adelard was left his mother's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. Recently a tribe of illithids attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Adelard fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

His father taught him the rudiments of the Scribe arts, while his mother instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. A gifted student he started as a Mason, but he got bored and became a Scribe. He has dedicated himself to building a better village for his children.

History: Roger was born the youngest of three triplets. A gifted student he started as a Glassblower, but he got bored and became a Dilettante. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Glassblower they were divorced and he won custody of their daughter. He worked as a Dilettante, and he later adopted a second daughter.
