History: He got into the Weaver business at a young age. He dropped out of school before completing his studies. He used his abilities to travel the world and help people.

Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Charles embodies much of what other species detest in the Humans. He has zero loyalty and will suck up to whomever is within range, in the hopes of being moved to a better position.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his father always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. While he appears to be a normal Human, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He left for the north, certain he would find work there.
