Personality: He takes his job very seriously, in part because he fears he cannot get a new one. He does suffer from mild PTSD, and the sight of illithids may trigger it at times.

History: Diggory was born the youngest of three triplets. As a young child he wandered into the woods despite his father's warnings against it. Afterwards he claimed he had encountered illithids who tried to eat his hand. He has set out to sabotage the competition.

Personality: He is extraordinarily eccentric. He has a cruel streak; something he gained from his previous mentor. He harbors resentment against his former mentor.

History: Frederick hails from a village terrorized by goblins. While he appears to be a normal Human, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. After a long history of fighting, Frederick and his spouse have recently divorced.

Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by goblins, and he desires to right it.
