His father taught him the rudiments of the Farmer arts, while his mother instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

History: Adelard was born the youngest of three triplets. Cursed with lycanthropy at a very young age, Adelard has worked very hard to control his curse. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.
