History: Adelard was raised in a hard working conservative environment. He inherited a moderately successful company from his father. Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

History: Born in the north his family was never financially stable. His childhood dream was to be a Fortune-teller, but he was a colossal failure. He has been a successful dealer in antiques buying low and selling high.

Description: This eastern man is abnormally tall. He is wearing a long, tan cloak. His whole body is exceptionally muscular. His brown hair is thinning but still full. His eyes are violet.

Personality: Cocky and sure of himself, he believes he is the best Mayor born in the past three hundred years. He has no love for corruption and racketeering and views those as crimes of the highest magnitude.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. Being born in the east, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the east for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way south. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Motivation: He has a rivalry with the Church that dominates his actions; and doesn't want to be a mayor and was forced into it by his family

History: Born in the east to a Fisher, Ralf learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. His mother was very strict, and drilled into him lessons on being the perfect gentleman. He now owns his own business.

Motivation: He doesn't get along with people that don't share his tastes.
