Personality: A grumpy guy he will invite people to lunch so he can critique them. Yet he still seems generally likeable, like a lovable grump. He loves his children and doesn't want them to worry about him. He loves to share his writing with anyone who is interested.

History: Lance lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his daughters to still be retired.

Description: He is dressed in earthy colors with a tan and pastel handkerchief worn on his left side, but does not cut a very imposing figure. He walks with a slouch but will stand straight to his full 5'8" when asserting himself. His black hair is knotted and matted. His voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.

Personality: He is intelligent and cunning, but he will too often allow his rage to get the better of him. He will lose his cool and rely on brute force to carry the day. He never wears the same outfit twice, unless he absolutely has to.

History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. Through the years after Manfred was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the west. Manfred's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He bought a quarterstaff and has really upped his game hunting, due to his understanding of decoy and ambush.

Motivation: His relatives are trying to arrange a marriage; and doesn't want to be a servant and was forced into it by his family

Description: This northern man's face is deformed and paralyzed on one side. As such, he slurs his words together. He wears a fine chain shirt which he covers with black colored cloaks and clothing. He wears his white hair up. He has a very pronounced jaw and large eyebrows. He wears rectangular glasses with silver brims.

Personality: He is extraordinarily passive and rarely speaks, let alone speaks his mind. Further he is a bit of a stoner and is frequently out of it.

History: Born in the north his family was never financially stable. Lance was born on a far northern island where he grew up under the tutelage of his mother, an expert Carpenter. He got away from his former life and has fallen to alcoholism.

Motivation: He'd like to take his coworkers down a peg.

Description: He dresses well, typically a more casual-formal manner. He has a moderate pudge and is not very fit. His hair is always cut to a buzz. His brown eyes show the wear and tear of someone lonely with a great burden to carry.

Personality: He loves telling others what to do and how they should feel about things. He is lazy and tries to find solutions quickly.

History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when giants swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. In his 15th year, his parents were killed by a giants raid, leaving Diggory alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to giants demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: Several ex partners dislike his way of doing things and want revenge.

Personality: He seems absolutely devoid of it. He stares off into space and will respond with overly literal and minimalist answers to questions. He also is a firm believer in the manly ideal.

History: Born in the south to a Bellfounder, Simon learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. Cursed with lycanthropy at a very young age, Simon has worked very hard to control his curse. He now owns his own business.

Motivation: To unite with his brother; and regain custody of his son
