Description: This man is bedraggled and starved. He has the majority of his body covered in plate. His moppish red hair is in a traditional bowl cut. His face is full, his cheeks are rosy, and he always seems to sport a perfect smile and a twinkle in his gray eyes.
Personality: He shows great sympathy to all travelers. He's the type to buy drinks and listen to their stories. He is however nostalgic and wants to reunite with his old comrades. He has some compunction and patriotism and will work for the government before all other clients.
History: He is a Deep Scion in disguise. Since his father passed away years ago, his mother had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. He used his abilities to travel the world and help people.
Motivation: A need for knowledge about a nearby landmark; and he desires power and/or immortality

History: Born in the west his family was never financially stable. He went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Personality: Manfred speaks confidently about a variety of topics with grace. He is clearly well-traveled and educated. He does not regard money as being a problem because it has never been a problem for him. He lives in a bit of an ivory tower believing all problems are one quick intervention away from being solved.
History: He got into the Bookbinder business at a young age. Manfred was born on a far northern forest where he grew up under the tutelage of his father, an expert Bookbinder. He was always very intelligent and has formed a secret society of freemasons.

Description: Dark and lean, he is a relatively plain man. He is armored in gleaming platemail with gilded edges. A flowing blue cape and mantle trimmed with soft green waves gently in the breeze. With bright silver hair and a scraggly beard. His eyes are amber.
Personality: Alex is depressed about a lot of things. He tends to be a nihilist. He has a cruel streak; something he gained from his previous mentor. He harbors resentment against his former mentor.
History: Sold as a small child to a brothel owner, Alex was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. Through the years after Alex was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the north. Alex's father didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. Some 7 years later his spouse died after the birth of his son. Heartbroken, Alex never married again. Instead he focused his life to raising his son whom he trained as his father had trained him before.
Motivation: He has money and likes to spend it.

Motivation: He is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get him out; and balancing his hectic life and new shoemaker responsibilities is difficult
