History: He comes from a rich southern family. Aside from being a slave or a gladiator, there isn't much legitimate work for Humans in Norman's homeland. Norman decided to take the middle way and become a bodyguard. After a long history of fighting, Norman and his spouse have recently divorced.

History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. His father was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his father was legitimate. He has never given up on his poetry dream.

Motivation: He feels the way he acts is they only way to get by in the world; and he is compelled to act according to his religious beliefs

His spouse died of illness and he inherited everything. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.
